Seriously this year is going by way too fast! We are having a blast and learning at the same time. Next week we are going to be learning about reindeer and the letter M. I am hoping for some winter weather soon! Bring on the snow! Here are the plans for next week…

Monday: We will be working with Ms. Shelly on our gross motor skills as well as our fine motor skills. We will be making a winter tree like the one we did for the fall. We will also be working in the art center, exploring clean mud in the sensory table, and playing a mitten matching game.

Tuesday: We will be making reindeer ears, exploring in the sensory table, working on words that start with M, and weaving mittens together.

Wednesday: We will be making a moveable reindeer. We will also be working with the magnet boards, making paper chains. We will be tracing the letter M as well.

Thursday: We will be doing a Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer activity. We will have the students get to use the shaving cream. The students will learn about igloos and get the chance to build one.

Friday: Ms. Jacki will be in to work with the students. We will get the chance to work on the computers, work in the art area, review the letter M, and explore the sensory table.
